Prices are in euro. You pay by bank transfer or card link; the invoice is issued by an Italian company. Businesses in the EU with a valid VAT number are not charged VAT (reverse charge); private customers and non-EU businesses are invoiced according to Italian rules, and I tell you the exact amount before you pay anything.
Yes. The method is designed to work entirely online: written brief, private preview of the draft, explanatory video, written revisions. I'm in Italy (CET) and reply within one working day; nothing requires us to be online at the same time.
