For a small business in 2026, a landing page costs on average 500–1,500 € from a freelancer; a showcase site of 5–8 pages 800–2,500 € from a freelancer and 2,000–5,000 € from an agency; a company site of 10–30 pages 2,000–5,000 € from a freelancer and 3,500–8,000 € from an agency. The figures come from 2026 industry guides, linked at the bottom; in the UK and US the same work is usually quoted higher, in the same proportions.
DIY builders (Wix, Squarespace, Framer and the like, all with AI built in these days) cost 10–30 € a month. That is the price of the software: domain, email, forms, privacy, speed and every later problem remain yours.
My prices, fixed and published: Landing 490 €, Showcase 990 €, Pro 1,900 €, VAT excluded. They sit at the low end of the freelance market because I use artificial intelligence for the repetitive part and do the technical part myself. What each package includes.
The number of pages. Every page is a text to write, lay out and link. A landing is one page; a showcase has five; a company site ten or more.
The copy. If it comes from the client, the work is polishing; if it has to be written from scratch, it's days. With AI the first draft is fast, but the hand revision remains: tone, promises you can't make, exact figures.
The features. A contact form is simple; bookings, a catalogue, a members' area, e-commerce and integrations with calendars, newsletters or a CRM take time and, often, subscriptions to third-party services.
The languages. Every extra language doubles the copy to look after. In my price list a second language costs 250 € on Landing and Showcase and is included in Pro.
Who puts the site into production. This is the invisible item: domain, DNS, hosting, certificate, email on the domain, forms that really arrive, privacy and cookies, speed on a phone. In agency quotes it's often "extra"; with DIY builders it's yours; in my packages it's included.
A website isn't paid for once. The 2026 guides estimate a domain at 10–30 € a year, hosting at 50–300 € a year, maintenance at 200–1,000 € a year, plus any paid plugins. A three-year cost analysis puts an agency site at 5,000–18,000 € over three years against 1,076–2,876 € for all-inclusive subscription formulas.
My monthly Care plan costs 39 € a month (hosting, domain, certificate, backups, updates, monitoring, one change a month) or 89 € a month with two hours of changes and a monthly report. If you just want to keep the site running, it's 15 € a month.
Prices are in euro and invoices are issued by an Italian company. Businesses in the EU with a valid VAT number are not charged Italian VAT (reverse charge); private customers and non-EU businesses receive an invoice according to Italian rules, and you get the exact figure in writing before paying anything. Payment is by bank transfer or card link, 50% to start and 50% once the draft is approved.

Yes, when AI does the repetitive part (structure, first draft of copy, layout variants) and a technician does the rest. That's why I can keep fixed prices low with delivery in 5–20 working days. A site generated by AI alone, with nobody putting it into production, often ends up without a working domain, email and forms.
With a complete brief: 5 working days for a landing page, 10 for a showcase site, 15–20 for a pro site with two languages and integrations. The clock starts when the 50% deposit is paid.
Yes. The brief is an online questionnaire, the draft sits on a private address with a video explaining the choices, revisions are written, and the balance is paid once the draft is approved. I work with clients across Italy and abroad, in Italian and English.
